Both T.I. and Chris Brown have already made their "acting debuts" but this is the first film in which they will have to deliver characters "outside themselves" in order for the plot to be believable. From T.I.'s performance in "ATL" and Chris Brown's performance in "THIS CHRISTMAS" I will wait until the film is actually released before I pass judgement.
The film, directed by John Luessenhop, revolves around a notorious group of criminals (Idris Elba, Paul Walker, T.I., Chris Brown, Hayden Christensen and Michael Ealy) who continue to baffle police by pulling off perfectly executed bank robberies. They are in and out like clockwork, leaving no evidence behind and laying low in between heists. But when they attempt to pull off one last job with more money at stake than ever before, the crew may find their plans interrupted by a hardened detective (Matt Dillon) who is hell-bent on solving the case. TAKERS opens February 19th, 2010. This seems like something worth watching when it hits theaters, interesting plot and a star studded cast; leaves a lot to expect your imagination. Bravo.

IMAGINE: THE FINAL DESTINATION

Another final destination???...idk about you but I feel like this franchise is pretty much done..its no surprises at this point because the plot hasn't changed since the first one. I can't IMAGine what they could possibly do differently. Granted I've seen the other 4[00] so this will be Blockbuster-worthy [people still use blockbuster?..i digress], but enough is enough. The funny thing is that it will still make money in theaters, just like every other horror movie that comes out over and over, because we cant get enough...oh well.

IMAGINE: TOY STORY III?!

ATTENTION ALL [mid-late] 80s BABIES! This just came across my desk, but its kind of a big deal [well..not soo much], so Ill share...I already know I wasn't the only one who thought this movie was dope back in 1995 [14 yrs ago??...sheesh]. We've grown a lot since then but I personally am gonna stick to my roots and go see the final chapter in the TOY STORY series. Im not sure why Pixar waited so long to release the sequel but it is expected in theaters everywhere July 2010. Be an 80s baby and use your IMAGination...I hope it still works.
